Would be more accurate to let several independent people to  count the votes and then have someone compare. Then any cheating attempts would be obvious. Also reduces any errors.

Also after next week, I will have spare time to count votes. Chances are though, would put Management/ leadership in difficult situation to go "Yeah sorry, ok, we will carry on with SA:MP awards" which will bring in more questioning of their authority which may cause more trouble down the line.
So I reckon there will be no recount, revote, and Management will unfortunately standby their decision.

If you are reading this far, I would hope you read my previous post regarding this decision too.

We can only Hope the Nobel Awards run more smoothly. Also a positive point, I think the forum award system (on profile) was recently fixed as I noticed a few weeks ago they were not working.

Sorry once again for causing this for SA:MP, but it wouldn't had happen if it was done in the right way.
My apologizes.

All you need is someone fair and impartial to do it this time, who will be open about the voting procedure, counting and disqualifications.

Any supposed evidence for disqualified parties should be presented to said parties to prevent a repeat of this round of voting.
Exactly.

The only reason why Gvardia and 58th were disqualified was because we voted for each other. Based on that, the hint came that we were cheating - of course, without any evidence such as us agreeing on voting for each other, or any other things like that. Why did almost all members of each group do that? Well, the reason behind that is something that you, the reader, will be unlikely to understand, but hoping for the best, I shall explain.

Que is somebody Cofiliano highly respects. Que is not Serbian or Greek, so his race has no influence on that. I also have a high amount of respect towards him. Que is someone a lot of our members look up to. Now, even I know, this would incline us to cheat, HOWEVER... we didn't.

58th and Gvardia also have a steel bridge between one another. A lot of their members go to us, as our members go to them. No problems are really in between. If a previous member of Gvardia was applying for 58th, someone like Que can assume that if they were good enough for Gvardia, they're good enough for 58th. Same with us, vice versa. That steel bridge is there partially because 58th takes their time to come from Los Santos to San Fierro, JUST to roleplay with us. For that reason, we have a very high respect for them as a highly roleplay-oriented group.

Gvardia has done so much for 58th out of pure love. Not necessarily anything that will extend to this day and still be felt or seen. The same concept goes for 58th for Gvardia. Because Que has a rather high amount of patience, virtues that some of our leaders (including myself) could use more of, we may recommend 58th to the new guys to help them acquire their roleplay skills, seeing as 58th's sole purpose is for roleplay. Their sole purpose being roleplay is one key of why we voted for them as the best roleplay group. They made it absolutely clear and obvious that their main goal was to roleplay. There was, without a doubt in our members' minds, that they are mainly roleplay. It's just impossible to not know after a little bit of being in Gvardia, whether we tell you directly or indirectly, or if you find out yourself. Gvardia also makes it very obvious to 58th that we are a generally oriented criminal group. We show that we do business, both legal and illegal, have (VERY) large scale wars over disputes, own territory/territories clearly known as Gvardia's ("Gvardia HQ," "Gvardia Hotel"), participate in strictly underground criminal stuff, and a whole bunch of other crap. To anyone who has been in 58th for a decent time, not knowing that is like a sin. We do business and strictly criminal underground tasks the most efficiently and most often. No, kidnaps, robberies, and murder do not count as "strictly criminal underground." Outside of that, our members are strictly disciplined. Yes, we know a lot of our members get away with misbehaving, but that's because the general public fails to submit anything convicting and incriminating to have us punish them. And when we do find out about anything that someone did wrong, they can expect harsh punishment. You can call it cruel or whatever, but that's how you get the most discipline out of members. Those who admit their wrong-doings the earliest get the lightest punishment. If we have to find out ourselves, you can expect big punishment.

Now, since the leaders of Gvardia have such a high amount of respect for Que, Gvardia has a high amount of respect for 58th, 58th has a high amount of respect for Gvardia, and Que has a high amount of respect for our leaders, sure, you'd expect us to pass on votes to each other with mutual agreement, like "hey, get your group to vote for mine, and i'll vote for yours" No, we would not. For one, both of us have way more respect and dignity than that. For two, considering the fact that 58th reveals themselves as mostly roleplay and Gvardia reveals themselves as criminal syndicate/group/whatever, the high amount of respect between both groups, and the steel bridge in between us, we're going to vote for each other whether we agree or not. It would be a worthless effort to try to get an agreement to vote for each other between both groups, because, either way, we're already going to vote for each other.

We were under the belief that each group deserves a reward corresponding to their primary goal as a group; in this case, Gvardia as a criminal group and 58th as a roleplay oriented criminal group. 58th damn well deserves that award they were originally going to get. I couldn't give two shits if they didn't win some god-damned e-award. I give ten million shits that Que's efforts are all gone down to the lowest of all low vomit-shit mixture flooded hellholes. And Que gives ten million shits that my, Eugene's, Tommy's (previous leader during some period of 2010), and most certainly Cofiliano's efforts were also all damned down to the lowest of all low vomit-shit mixture flooded hellholes. We might as well have had the whole entire server stand in a circle around us while we were on their knees, with their dicks hanging out of their pants and pissing on every little minuscule hair, skin flake, and parts, screaming as they pissed, "HAHA ALL YOUR WORK GONE TO WASTE YOU ASSHOLES! HAHAHA!"

Gvardia and 58th probably had the damn tightest relationship between each other; a relationship that is, was, and will not be seen between any other two groups, ever in the entire life span of Argonath. It's truly a shame that the People of Argonath fail to realize this simple fact. It's a damn shame that the People of Argonath fail to realize the correlation between respect, effort, and reward. And finally, it's a damn shame that the People of Argonath fail to realize not only the importance of having dignity and respect, but also, how surprisingly unallocated those with dignity and respect are. Perhaps one day, all of you on the opposing side, the evil side, will realize that you broke the hearts of two of the closest brothers to ever be seen on the face of Argonath. Argonath... she will not give birth to any other two brothers that will be the same.
It is truly... a damn shame indeed...

Why can the proof not be even sent to the groups accused?

People such as Antonio who ruined the Oscars should be utterly ashamed of their reckless and inconsiderate actions.

The verdict has been given, and the results Giac concluded have been proven by the Managers as well. I would find it foolish to question that collective decision.

I would like to give a big kudos to GiacJr for all his hard work. He had nothing much to gain out of it, yet he carried on anyways.

Oh my god. This ignorance made me crack up. Seriously it did.

I don't understand how awards can be given this year to players on different servers who got just one vote or just a few votes ... How can it even be called votes and people get awarded for it??... I believe it lost all faith, trust and honor completely..

There is still "a world" in a game.  ;)
I also agree that the material evidence against the above mentioned groups should be presented.

Why the hell did we have Giacjr...of all people...working on the votes? Seriously that was the first mistake. Should have left it to TeaM to count or something, makes more sense since they are more neutral and actually are responsible people.

Yea and if people in real life gave up as much as people in this community do, our society would be still getting out of the Dark Ages.

Exactly. GiacJr hates Gvardia's guts (speaking both from experience and second-hand accounts). Not only that, GiacJr either likes you or fucking hates your guts, there is no in between. With all due respect as well, Giac is somewhat known to handle things irrationally.

I completely agree with the thing you said about TeaM. They're very humble people (no ego they rely on) and are friendly no matter what.

Huh, what do you mean? The awards for players on ''different servers'' would be given even if SA:MP was not ''disqualified''..

And i can offer myself to help with VC:MP side of the oscars, if needed.

Debating with idiots it's like trying to play chess with a pigeon - it knocks the pieces over, craps on the board, and flies back to its flock to claim victory.

Come on man...lets have Giacjr do it for VC:MP as well. Maybe he will find 'proof' that people there bought votes too.  ;)

Then I guess I was so not neutral last year when I counted the votes and awarded awards to (if memory serves correctly) i9 and Gvardia, among others.
Trust me, if I didn't do the oscars from a neutral point, nobody I disliked would have gotten ANY awards. Despite the face I have put across to the public as of late, I have always been fair and neutral in all of my official dealings with Argonath, and questioning that is insanity.

Then why not release any supposed evidence in the first place to stop all of this before it even happens?
If anything, allowing it to happen whilst sitting back doing nothing to help is insanity.
