[100-200k] Buying a signature [REQ. to Sisko]

Well, I role play a cop mostly, I am a SWAT Commander, SAPD Captain (Don't want ranks texts included).

I would like creativity on the signature, should be about the Police and to really hit the spot, animating (Pictures changing or flashing) in high quality, and my name 'Leroy' on it. An idea from myself if really struggling; Key points of Cop work flash on the signature like; Team work, Communication, etc.

Special request to Sisko for this Signature, as he seems skilled and very capable in animating and creative signature designs.

Only if the signature is good enough, I'll pay 100k, if less then lower the price till 50k.

You should ask Que, or Andres, they both made me signatures and I enjoy them. ( currently i'm using the one Que made me , the older one I had while I was in ADF was made by Andres ).

Also to add, the signature should have an outline/border such as a black outline. If good enough, price may go upto even 150-200k, also other people can have a go at making one too
