Looking for a certain person with these details
FINDING ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER

Name: carlos henrique ferarri (apparently)

Town/City : San Paulo (apparently)
Country : Portugal (apparently)

need name and address to help Law Enforcement find him  (Real Life, not Argo FBI)

i looked through things i usually use, but couldn't find anything..
help appreciated :)

Reason

helping a friend find someone who sent them death threats
cops asked them to get a number or address and i thought argonath might be able to help

also im helping a friend who got a death threat, because law enforcement asked her to get a phone or address

i thought "oh hey, argonath is europe-based.. maybe someone would have the phonebook or be able to get it"

I'm guessing your on the look for a Brazilian. Sao Paulo is one of the biggest cities in the world. good luck with that. It's got the population of Portugal in it. Sorry mate, impossible mission.

Well seems like there is some sort of ''district'' within Lisbon called Sao Paulo in Portugal...

Lol anyway, if you're talking about the Brazilian Sao Paulo, do not count on the help of local authorities... Also even if your local law enforcement was interested in taking an effort they would have to pass it down to PMESP or PCESP...

If your said ''friend'' lives somewhere near this threat maker you talk about I suggest your friend to dial 190 if he feels threatened. Despite all PMESP has quite a good answering rate in the city.

actually they asked my friend to get the address or number so they can pass it on to the authorities over there to catch him ??

cyber crimes are some of the more important these days, because kids dont play nice in their internetz
