You can purchase and play GTA once you reach 17, its M (Mature) rated.

Here is a tip, if your parents are idiots you can use a program called bittorent and torrent GTA:IV like I did with GTA:SA, just torrent it before you go to bed, leave your computer in, and by morning you should have the game finish torrenting, all you have to do now is install it, make sure you get good torrents not bad one if you gonna try it.....

Which games were you playing? : BF2, GTA SA, Gmod, HL2 etc.
Why you deserve a copy of GTA:IV: I enjoy playing on the Argonath server on SAMP, however i would enjoy Argonaths GTA IV server even more due to the games updated graphics and gameplay which i think would enchance role play situations. therefor i would like a copy to be apart of the GTA IV argonath community.
