I did not want to make such a fuss due to this, as I was only kidding. Because in my mind I knew in Norway they only recommend but do not forbid people to buy this game.

As Gimli said, there are no legal requirement so he should be able to get the game legally - sorry for this confusion, I was only making a joke XD

I've played GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA China Town.

Why you deserve a copy of GTA:IV:
Because I don't got money to buy one myself (saving money to a fly ticket in a year). Also I love the Argonath Community and want to play all of their servers. I deserve to get one because I really want to try GTA IV and have a nice game like this. Thanks.
