Transferring CB channel

Hello guys,

I had a CB channel (1001) on my previous account : [SL]Stefano,
But it is still registered on that name, i was hoping that my channel could be set to the account: Stefano_GvardiaT .
Admins told me that only scripters can do this, help would be appreciated.

When you do /changename your CB radio should automatically convert

He played a couple years ago and went inactive for a reaally long time, he came back but his old account got removed/forgot password. Gandalf permitted him to make a new account (I guess)
