Hey. I'm setting affinities (CPU0 and CPU1) ON when i'm playing SAMP, but i have to set CPU1 manually every time i start SAMP. Is there any way to put it as automatic?

Your trying to make GTA run on your 2nd core only?

Anyway i dont think GTA SA is multithreaded.. probably only uses 1 core.

On standart gta_sa.exe uses only 1 core (what is stupid), to run it smoother, we used to put another core on manually (CPU 1). So is there anyway that gta_sa.exe opens automaticully with 2 cores on?

No unless there is somekind of a program for that.

Shejken.. That doesnt turn GTA SA into a multithreaded program. It does not make it run on your 2nd core.

All that does is ALLOWS it to run on your 2nd core. Even if you let it, it doesnt mean it will or could.

It does, if I do that on my computer I get around 40 more fps than with a single core.

True, it gives me a quite huge fps boost too. Although, it also makes game a lot more unstable for me.

well then.. a game from 2005 was designed to use 2 cores O_o
The first Core Duo and Core 2 duo were released in 2006.
Athlon 64 x2's were released in 2005

You cant force something to utilize more than it was written for.
just like you cant utilize more than 3.5gb RAM on a 32bit OS.

Hey, I might set SA to use all Four of my cores  :conf:

Depends what processing power it needs I guess, I have four cores, with 3.0GHZ each, so one core runs it perfectly
