Shooter wich is playing in a big City ?

Hey

I saw some gameplays from Battlefield 3. Its playing in a big city. I love that there are huge buildings and everything is exploding and there is such a chaos. But, the problem is,
my PC won't get BF3 running. So I am looking for a PC Shooter wich is like BF or CoD, so, war, but in a big city. And it should be realistic. So no monsters or something
You know something like that ? The time should be now. Not WW2 or something. Hope you can help me
