New law/rule for at least VCMP

I got this idea yesterday and was like.. OFC! That's it! The answer for stopping DM. Ok maybe I'm a little overreacting but this is something to lose some dmers...

NO GUNS IN PUBLIC for civilians!

There isn't a proper reason for someone to carry a gun in the middle of the city. Also this simulates the real world. No one in real life can walk around with a shotgun in their lap. Anywho, chainsaws, hammers, machetes etc. wouldn't be such a big thing.

Let's see a cop walks around and sees me, hakka, holding a gun. He uses

!dropit Hakk

and then there will be this message:

<Hakkapelita, put the gun away right now!>

If I don't, I can be suspected by the police officer.

What do you mean ''at least for now''? I don't think there would be anything lost if you can't carry a gun anywhere you like when not a cop. ofc there could be like ''gangwar'' spots or ''gang territories'' like lil haiti, lil havanna and prawn island where you could carry a gun when a gangwar or something occurs

You mean that normal skins wouldnt have weapons when spawned? Everyone would go army guy or smth if so.. Sure, if cops see citizens with guns in hand, they could suspect, but removing weapons from citizens would extremely suck.

No, I don't mean removing guns from skins. I mean that they can't switch to ''fist'' to ''mp4'' etc. In a public area.

Back to topic. I agree cause some players go around with weapons like tec9's and navy's on the street, and some decide to practice shooting(shooting to the air and stuff) in front of cops and then swear at cops for suspecting them for shoting.

Ok since a few people are getting confused about this idea i'll explain it...
Civilians should have to walk around the city with the weapon 'fists' selected and not any other weapon (but they still have weapons if they need to defend themselves).

We have created new rules for all servers. VCMP,SAMP,MTA are same and simple... remember that most of players are young 12-16. These new rules are made also for new games... its nothing don, but we think before about it.
Your proposition is good for RP, and it can be scripted...

Citizens normally when spawned = no weapons / no weapon pick ups will be availible for them.

Cop suspected a Citizen
The Citizen will not have weapons in his hands. but Weapon pick ups wil be availible for him once he got suspected.

But the original idea is good, cops can ask to put the weapon away, if not, they can suspect for having gun in public.

Citzens get a pistol or bat or m4 or any small weapon ? and then after weapon picks ups wil be availible  :idea:
