Well, technically two mistakes:

1. What gives WS clan think they can just start and fool people any day but April 1, cos they were afraid people will be hard to fool? Maybe R*clan also should announce its closing in winter for example cos in April 1 it will be harder to fool?

2. As the "joke" was on March 31 it was taken "seriously"... Your announcing about a joke on April 1 technically can be taken as a real joke and not be heard...

Next time want to make fool jokes - use the correct day... Do not fool community just when you want... It will be taken seriously, at least by ADMs...

Well i myself wasn't one who liked the joke, but also i agreed, doing it on 31 March is better then doing it on April fools... If you fool someone... do it good, Sadly it went a hell

Well then I can aware you - if clan will try again some "fools" which are better then doing it on April Fools then clan can really get into troubles... Why should we allow some small group fool others just cos they cannot do it good on a specific day? Or should we allow everyone mess around with the same "ideas" on when its better to fool people?
Removing of your status and topic from forums was the ADM answer... Seems like WS did not like it... Then who said that others should like WS's one?

Actually I think it was kinda funny. Pretty good joke :P
And I don't really get your point Aragorn, we said we closed the clan. We would've announced it was all a joke the next day and I'm sure there would've been people who laughed.
If we would've said we closed today it wouldn't have worked since everybody knows it's 1st of april. We prepared the joke the 31st, that's all. I really think it's strange how you are reacting, I'm glad some people didn't make such a big point of it.

IMHO the joke is worse than trying to trick a person that's obviously aware it's 1st of April.
You are meant to make jokes THIS DAY ONLY to trick anyone who didn't notice it's 1.04.

Not funny at all for me. And from what I can see, the majority of people who laugh about this joke are the people who knew about it all the time.


Play for fun and friendship, not for stats or achievements.

A large official clan closing is nothing to joke about. Next year maybe I should close AV on the 28th of July and scream " JOKE! HAHAHAHA!". Then see who laughs.

As far as I can see from here I would predict no-one would take it seriously. Laughing at something like this is just immature and totally pointless.
