Announcements.Firstly I want to start off with some good news.
Jamal is promoted to SGARRISTA! You've shown good interest in the mafia and have proven yourself to us. Also you were a high rank in Koltsov so you deserve it 
Second, I want to talk about the Gulucans.
Gulucans have started DMing us without any reason, but I can't say that some of you haven't done the same to them. Now you've given them the right to do it because you did it yourself. So I want to make the following things clear.
-We WILL NOT agree to ANY validations with Gulucan.
-If Gulucans attack without a reason, /report them - don't shoot back like noobs.
-ANYONE who attacks another mafia without a decent reason will recieve an official
WARNING!-If someone kills you, DM or not, killing them back for it is still DM and will be seen as DM by the higher ranks.
-We will have NOTHING to do with Gulucans until they sort themselves out, if they flame, DM, or do anything to you - simply ignore and report them. They dont deserve any sort of relationship with us neither do we deserve to deal with their constant rulebreaking. I mean think about it, you've been back 2 days and look how much trouble they've caused with us..
