When i want to join VCMP, and i click on connect, i get the spinning disk icon, and nothing els, when i try to close VCMP i get spammed with this: http://oi55.tinypic.com/2aj0tmo.jpg

That's an incompatibility bug for W7 users mostly. You might try keeping ENTER pressed until those error windows disappear. Or download the special browser VRocker made, although it's a no go, basically useless, only helps against the bug.

Try what Perry said, go on Tools, Settings, Vice City Installation.
If that doesn't work, try a crack (I can provide you one, just PM me) and do it again.
About the spam thing, it's like Morph said, incompatibility, and can be solved with Ctrl Alt Del.

Actually there are 2 versions of 0.3z - R1 and R2. But it's not the case, if Doggi downloaded the server browser from the website, there should be no problem at all.
