Loading GTA SA through samp

Hey guys,

I am experiencing some probs on loading GTA SA through SAMP on a different computer to what I normally use.

Basically, this computer has no cd drive, so I couldnt install it from my purchased disk so I downloaded it.
I installed it from Power ISO.

Install samp

Downloaded no cd patch v1.0 and used it to replace the default one.

Added Argonath RPG to favs

Clicked Connect and it changed my win 7 theme to basic which I expected but then reversed back to Aero theme and failed to load GTA Sa Multiplayer.

I have re-installed GTA SA a few times already. I have no mods on at tall. That includes not having Elm.

I also have deleted GTA_SET.b from my GTA SA User files.

I fixed this issue on my other computer which has a disk drive and I believe you have to delete a certain file inside of GTA SA game files in order to get it working.

If you know which file it is in the GTA SA Game File directory I need to delete, please post.
