About the next car system.
Cars locations can be changed while server is running itself without restart in squirrel server so :

There should be some 20-25 "cant buy" vehicles ( all different), in the server. These vehicles can always be GTA'ed.
People can go to roxor, sunshine to buy cars for personal great use.

They would be able to deploy the "bought" cars near there homes. Will cost some cash ( $10,000), so they dont spawn it like in LW.

People can jack the owned cars, but with right set of tools, which can be bought from "Screw This".
Owners can buy car alarms to protect cars from burglery attempts. ( again have to buy it from "screw this"). + good locking system

Jacking cars will take time. The tools can be upgraded from "Screw this". ( upto level 15-20)
It will make a new busines grow good

Less "cant own" cars in street will make ppl use taxi : another good business will evolve.

Note additions : Making a mechanism, if a guy forgets to deploy car near home: like it spawns in a empty parking.
If something i forgot, i will jot it down together again.

I think the current lock system is fine, except for the thing that will let other players exit your car while it's locked. Spawning your cars near your place, it's a maybe.

while i was in SAMP Argo, i saw that. cars the were own by the public. and cars that owend were used only by the owners. basicly the owners car is locked for other pepole and only him can drive it.

I think the car prices are fine right now - sure, perhaps not reflective of real life prices (as with pretty much most things in AR, and other games). It prevents people from simply playing for a day, buying something and leaving.

As for /c sell<place/vehicle> it's really convenient but without such commands people would think twice before going on an epic shopping spree. :P

I have in my total gameplay spent about 450k on all the cars I have bought (and sold for alot lower price later) and if I could warp in time, I would never buy any car cause they're total shit, useless, just for bragging. And I don't have any businesses, so no, it doesn't take me '2 days' to earn money for a good car. Explain to me, how are you gonna earn let's say 150k in 2 days? Except for bank robs. The only way out I see is being a freecop.

2 months is a little bit extreme. If you are a money muncher and smuggle each time there's a smuggle available, steal all the shit, you can prolly get the money in one week. If you want to longer that time, you have to be retarded.

Naturally, not talking about the money munchers here like ammunation owners who need to do nothing, just buy some stock and then become millionaires in days..
