It doesn't take a shitload of money or admin / high ARPD status to create good roleplay, all you need is imagination and creativity. People do not like a boring roleplay, after all.
 
For instance, an example of an original character is one of Jcs' RP characters, Father Bastard. A priest who infuses weapons such as dildos with holy power and uses them to beat the shit out of Non-Sauronists doesn't sound like much on paper, but you can see and experience the fun when you enter into the roleplay, because it is based on creativity. Once you're there to see it, you'll appreciate it.
 
Many of the people here have already come to view good RP as something which has become rare, but I believe that is false. All you need is the drive, your imagination, then you can set off to create a good roleplay. I was bored yesterday, so I decided to sell some roleplay sex shop items to people. And guess what, we had a lot of fun.
