How many people can install and play GTA IV using one disc?

<e and my brother live in the same house, shared a San Andreas Disc, could we do the same with the GTA IV disc?

Not as good as it's made out to be, and I'm running it on top Graphics settings

Im getting new laptop soon, for now running on the LOWEST possible settings with 128 MB graphic card, which gives me a big ass red warning in options, saying "WARNING: 257/128 MB WERE USED. YOU NEED TO PERFORM AN ACTION" bla bla. So, think about it
