Yes, I am cop. I obviously saw alot in past weeks and it's hilarious to see how some of Gvardia members taking skater skins and combat-dming every cop. Anyhow last time I was roleplaying with someone it was one of Que's factions. Obviously he's one of few trying bring RP to Argonath. Much have been made through RP history, much have been lost.

One other recent occurrence I don't understand is the fervor with which players participate in the Idlewood Gang Wars, which are more DM than RP. As an Admin, I have also observed that GS9 has become a hive of DM as well, where suspects hide inside a crowd of ballas so the said ballas will attack any cop who shoots. It's tragic, really.

There's difference between cop who joins SAPD of boredom or fun and Role Play.

Yet,in ideal case,RP is go through /me and all can be actually continued with a roleplay manner with less killing.

the gang at gs9 was quickly spotted and many cop force in and common sense is shooting occurs.
But who was to blame?the GS9 DMing.
However what is "DM"?Killing with no reason.
How is the killing is with no reason when criminal have a war to the police when both party are involved actively?
Yet I will admit GS9 is a frequent "War Zone" but not a "DM zone".
That's why the SAPD was reportedly warn civilian avoid going there when not needed. :sig: :m4:

Howvere as as GSF  is one of the decent rp group as well-known,still the same thing.I have some conclusion now.
Anyway,Que when this have occur about 1341278times in your playing,you 'll gradually develop into a style to deal with  them.:)However yet,people will say "Dmer".It's quite ashame that people blaming people when they haven't self-reflect themselves.

Is telling the cop don't mess around and play comedian in front of a crowd of people who are fully armed is a kind of provoking?
Is taxing the cop who approach to the crowd alone,Ordering him to empty all his stuff and go naked is rulebreak?

Anyway,players should know that there're some conseqences after you have done something.
When we rulebreak,we'll be punished.
When you have playing clown and other's feels not so comfort....Sure other will do something on him..and he should expect it.

As both an Admin and a cop, I have seen many times, that a horde of criminals attacks every cop they see, ironically led sometimes by i9 members. GS9 has become a DM zone.
 
I'm both sad and disgusted. I used to appreciate i9 for helping new players get started, even on the criminal side, now I'm seeing more and more "FUCK DA POLICE" and killing than RP. If a cop lingers at GS9 for over a minute, he'll end up getting shot. Some example for the new players there.
 
Before you accuse me of being one-sided, keep in mind I am also an outspoken critic of SAPD.

 So I'll let other from police side speak up instead of I denying
If we kill "Every cop we see" we will be regarded as a Cop hunting group and logically we're the one of" cop hate group".
However still when some high rank SWAT retired,they are more than willing to chill along with us and sharing the experience fun.
Especially impress me is during the role several period that many SWAT and SAPD actively joining us and chit-chatting both on TS and cb.Both of us create the fun and tactic sharing that we both never have before.If we are the one that are "Cop hunting DMing group" Logically they will not easily willing to join us and participate the scenario.And saying i9 is create a fun rp style and leaving a good comment to us...and both of us hoping more drop-by when times are available.
If we are the one that "Kill every cop they see", "Rule-breaking"Group,will the player especially the regular police member  risking themselves to play with us?

Example is when 2 people are fighting among arguing which car are better.

The cop will /su and shoot the orange up.I will say it's rare process but understandable.
Sure,when we law-break, we are orange...no big deal. Nothing to moan about.
when a cop shoot up,we neither /gu or shoot back,no big deal.Also nothing to moan about.
However,people will turn around saying i9 just kill people instead of rp when people especially the one ,who can suspect, can have a right to choose in the first place.

The people that complain about the current state of roleplay on the server are the ones that come here looking for something more serious than /me is an alien /me goes lolololo.
My experience in the past week has been that people are a lot more likely to shoot you than even attempt to come up with something their character'd say. The only time I've seen people properly roleplaying is during a traffic stop when I do absolutely everything for them since they only have to reply with 'sry i wont sped anymore here my lisens'.

Your experience in the past week is playing 37 minutes on server.
I doubt that you got even beyond LSPD in that time.

As for the GS9 and GSF people who like to keep a criminal area.
Perhaps SAPD should wake up and declare your area a spear point zone.
If you are ZOMG rople players you will not mind that SAPD will be present at al times, and will break up any gathering of more than three people until you can behave....
