Roleplay may be a fun experience, but it is not risk free. Problem is, some of those who try and encounter obstacles early on choose to sit and complain rather than exerting effort to overcome them.
 
We've all seen SAMP Ideas proposed to force other people to roleplay (even if not stated directly), and I'm pretty sure almost every admin in the team has seen a "This guy refuses to RP" or "Non-RP" report at one point or another.
 
So what if the guy you went with does not want to roleplay? Find someone else then. Problem is some people insist, persist, and resist until their headache becomes the admins headache too.
 
Sometimes, the players disgruntled with roleplay or the ZOMG SRS roleplayers will join others at GS9 and go AFK, or will wait for cops to come and attack when one of their own is a suspect. In both cases, I do not see any beneficial interaction for the server and it only contributes to the problem.
 
The best way to solve this entire problem is done in two steps. First getting rid of the negatives who will discourage others from roleplay, and second would be for players to cooperate.

I'm not negative towards Argonath Roleplay, I love it, why else would I play here?

How come you didn't make a reply to JDC's statement, but to me and Oliver's? He said the exact same thing, just this time it was about criminals. Is it not allowed to critizise police? Is that a priviliege reserved to JDC?

No problem if you are unable to play regularly, just do not complain on what you do not know...

As for the criticism of police work, do all you want just find some real thing to criticize.
If you wish to lead a criminal life, a large part of it is avoinding to be wanted, not killing as much cops as you can before getting killed (or /gu with 1 hp and then shitting on cops if you die).
If you wish to be gangsta who resist cops, do not be surprised if the cops one time decide to wipe out the group. Acting tough against one officer ? Lets see how you act if SWAT takes your group to Mordor for "in depth" searching...

No one have complain nor suprise as I have said in my post :

Sure,when we law-break, we are orange...no big deal. Nothing to moan about.
when a cop shoot up,we neither /gu or shoot back,no big deal.Also nothing to moan about.

When we actually do something that's law-breaking,we will sure be a suspect,even we're killed,it's just reasonable and we have no point to complain.
When we're died and loss money,sure..it's something not so tasteful...but we understand that none of the party has done anything wrong in the first place.That's why we seldom go raging on /p.However,when some police died when he is catching or shooting in the shootout.... GS9 group was innocently accused of DMer Zone.....

What I am actually saying is...when people,  get killed...they will rage on /p saying Hey GS9 Dm Zone.
What I don't quite appreciate it is,when people get the result,they can't get along it and turn around saying the one who kill him reasonably as DMer.

I'm a police officer myself. If I see other cops behaving like this I try to tell them to give roleplay a shot. Criminals are oftenly much more complying if you roleplay with them.

When you suspect one person and five start shooting, they have a point to rage. And I saw that more than once.
