Got connections, but can not connect.

Hello, I'm having a problem since three days, trying to fix it myself, but no matter what I do, I never manage to fix it.
Basically my problem is that I have got a network, but I am unable to connect to it. I try to connect to my network, it just does nothing. It refreshes the list of networks and doesn't do anything.
I'm posting this from my second PC, I wish you can help me.
