Addition to the ignore user function

So, I am suggesting a small tweak in the "ignore user" function.

For example, let's say I want to ignore JDCdesigns, if I add him to ignore list, his posts aren't really ignored, just hidden in a form of a spoiler that you can see it every time he posts.

So, I made a couple of pictures to elaborate better:

I suppose the behaviour remains if the user has started his own thread so ignored people wouldn't be ignored.
