LD and YMG can be active now but they're free to make another mexican gang - maybe they don't like them
Argonath doesn't have  a limit of gangs - you can do whatever you want.
If you're speaking about the number of criminal families that argo has, look at mafias, we've more than 5 active.
Also, the same goes for your group - You could join to ballas or GSF since you won't get a big number of members.
