What a fail. We should be looking for the times he got unbanned instead of his total unban requests :P
Well, I checked the previous posted links, and came to the conclusion that 2-3 were the same, while others were invalid. Where he got a respond like this for example "should be cleared now, don't be impatient in most cases an unjustified ban is solved within short time..."

So here's my new list of the times he got unbanned:
