well my side of the story goes as this:

well klaus and a few of his friends where all wanted with a high bounty
i did my job to catch them but it was hard with their equipment so i settled up a trap
i went to his house and i maked a little fire in a bush that wasnt even near that house the fire was just like a fire what you use when your on a camping the fire what i made there dint spread out it maked only very much smoke
the trick worked and they came their and i tried to catch them (kill them) but that dint worked out as i pland
so i did the same some where else (Malibu Club) at the jump i made the same fire on the jump but the fire dont wanted to catch fire when i tried to ignite it and before i relised it they came and killed me

Firstly, I will ask where is his proof of such an accusation? I've clearly backed up my statement with CCTV footage, and a range of witnesses. However this man is attempting to deceive this court house with blatant lies.

CCTV Footage 2 Have a watch. The video clearly shows brian lobbing highly dangerous petrol bombs at my house. Judge, I think we all know that we do not set small bushes on fire using molotov cocktails.

The witness Morphine clearly stated the amount of damage the fire caused to my house.

After analyzing the CCTV footage and the witnesses' statement with careful consideration, the defendant, VCPD Officer brian, was found GUILTY of the following charges:

- Putting civilians' lifes in danger;
- Arson;
- Domestic terrorism.

The defendant is now charged to pay an ammount of $40.000 dollars to the plantiff with an period of 10 days. If failure to do so, any asset of his possesion or even the ammount of cash to be paid can be forcefully removed from his bank account.

Brian is also discharged from VCPD.
