It says "Server did not respond" or something. Please help me.

Try checking your Internet connection. Once i had the same problem.

What Jesse said, also you can try to keep connecting and connecting. I think this is a problem with the ping.

I restarted my Router and then it worked for me.

Can you ping the server before joining it in the SA:MP Console? If you can do that it may be a problem with your GTA SA.

Try to look up if you have a firewall blocking gta_sa.exe.
