Well, yes! It's my time to speak, one thing: Almost all LSPD Members are Americans, and most of Argonath are foreign, so that means LSPD is most of the time inactive in duty. I'm Moroccan. When I was in LSPD, I had difficulties in finding a LSPD partner. Sometimes, I do find EXACTLY 2 LSPD Officers online (Tony_Knight, Kenny). Kenny lives in UK and has the same timezone as me, Tony has CET but he is online at that time.

And the statment is?  :)

Pay cops

10k for killing a sus
15k for jailing one

LSPD will skyrocket!
Funniest at home I guesse? (when the carbage is out)

I would to have some high-skill cops in the Federal Traffic Agency, as we'll get really skilled Traffic Inspectors and Senior Traffic Inspectors. Also, we'll provide them payement

If ACA becomes official, some changes may come to being. We wish only for one thing, so does all; To have a better LSPD officers. This is now our goal and mission. We are giving out lessons that have been improving ARPD officers knowledge but it is quite expensive, from 10k to 20k. We have troubles financially and we do have very little staff. We need the government to pay us wages so we can use those wages for lessons. Till then, we will earn and use them wisely. It would be really appreciated if you donate to us!

Work with the Freecop Union, but as long as LSPD will represent the SAPD in general.

Improvement: Accept better people into the PD. It's rediculous on what's being accepted at the moment.

Comment: More of a disgrace. Need to work on the roleplays. Less use of the weaponquip..

Concerns: The abuse and use of heavy weaponry is AWFUL. I see people out on regular duties alone, equip with combat, M4 and sniper, and not even part of SWAT.

Freecops should get SMG!

Well, I am in the SAPD at the moment (DPD) but I guess I am off-duty, so can still make a suggestion ;)

When I first joined Argonath, I used to look up to the SAPD with respect, and wish I was part of it. I only ever saw them not being formal when they were doing certain specific RP's which linked to the PD...such as DPD and our infatuation with whiskey.
I guess the perspective has now changed for me, but it seems that the SAPD has become less formal in the places where it matters, like on the police radio (where new ARPD Officers can see them), and on main chat. I understand we're all here to have fun, but I suggest that people "tone it down" a little when on-duty. They need to remember who they are representing.

This kind of links in with a concern brought up about people who are accepted into the SAPD. Could there be some kind of 'Formality Course' which SAPD Cadets have to do, so they know how they should act, especially in front of members of the public. I won't say that people accepted should not have been accepted, as they all have good qualities, but people in the SAPD need to be reminded that they are looked up to by newer players, so if they act badly on duty, then the newer players may copy them.

Thanks for reading,

Senior Officer Benjamin J. Blake

In my personal opinion SAPD in general is a intermediate organized group, that carry out
various tasks well, how ever in the most situations is high amount of gunfire needed.
Which only indicates that the other side is gaining much equipment from street dealers.

The structure in which Argonath's civilization is in right now is a vicious circle of blood and gore.
How can you suggest that basic patrols help out, small crimes get solved. The main problem is
in the weapon industry and drug traffic. Fighting fire with oil is catastrophic.

Grab its roots and pull them out, Weapon prices should go up. Make it hard to get guns and its solved.
If that happens a life is once again worth more then 1,000 $ .

My suggestion is, SAPD your doing great truelly.
Just pick the big guns, not always the small offenders.

As a follow on to Benjamin J. Blakes Comment.

My Personal Idol was Thomas_C, right up until the point in which he denied me the first time I applied, then I loved Giac instead.
The reason I liked Thomas was not necessarily because he was a great Cop, but because I THOUGHT he was, and he gave that impression. I understand that the SAPD has some fantastic officers hiding in the ranks, but do not get noticed due to lack of professionalism within Patrols or Activities in which they could be noticed.

I propose that each Senior Officer/Sergeant is actually allocated an Officer, and can Mentor them to help them improve, in the same way then, once the Officers know, they can pass the knowledge to Cadets etc. This idea could also work the other way around. If a Sr. Officer is messing around, they could actually be allocated an Officer to work with them and ensure a certain level of Professionalism, because personally, when I am on operations, as a Senior Officer and if there are no Senior Ranks around, I sometimes want someone to kick me up the backside, and tell me to get a move on, or to get my act together.

However, for whats it's worth, I think you guys do a decent job, especially considering you are city Cops!

Actually, that isn't a bad idea.
I know that IRL, in some military groups such as the Air Training Corps they have a person assigned to "Duty" for specific days. Not strictly relevant, I know, but one thing connects. Technically, they run the day, so even if a senior rank says something, then they could (in theory) overrule it.
If a Senior Officer was unprofessional (I have no idea how they would get the rank, but still...), they could be assigned an Officer (even though they outrank them), who they have to listen to and respect their judgment.

Good idea. Will be thought about, please do post it up on the SAPD Briefing section!

Or you could just pick professionals for senior officer rank.

Some people are good at patrolling, good at leading, but can be immature at the wrong moments. That is what is meant.

Some people are good at patrolling, good at leading, but can be immature at the wrong moments. That is what is meant.

So hire people who are terrible at patrol, terrible at leading but still mature to avoid officers like the below abuser, and on fellow cops.

That officer in particular is now above Senior Officer rank.

LSPD does not seem to be at all serious about who they let in.
