Flame its not that monte was nervous or something but not everyday he gets news that the leader will get changed so he was paniced that he will get kicked or lose his rank so he resigned, fix me if i am wrong!

Hi, couldn't care who lead it, as long as it was not who is leading it now, that was my main problem, I saw also stuff happening in CMB which I did not like at all, so I resigned out of protest and anger, now I'm "Calm" I'll still stick by that decision.
I just want to know why Kane_Kany is removed from a greatly deserved rank (as well as CMB Chief Admin rank being removed over all), he did nothing wrong and should not be downgraded just because he may not do an exam everyday, at-least a few a month for years (what he did) was great.
I did try to contact you, but most of the time you just turn of pm or do not reply - this is after the "we will talk about it tomorrow afternoon - perhaps a day later then that which gave rather mixed messages don't you think?
I went to developers to help and try tell them issue I felt, I said to them in the e-mail I was not looking for anything to be done, I just really wanted to express it before I bottle up then un-leash something silly.

I didn't join CMB to get a prize or to look big man, I joined and ended up accepting Director position to help out everyone, I liked being supervisor if it matters, because that's when I worked really hard and was kind of fun, but as time went on stuff got a bit serious, but I was still happy and enthusiastic until recently of course.
Yes you are founder, but you left Arognath / was way inactive, when I was made from CMB applicant to > CMB administrator to > CMB higher admin (now regarded as "Supervisor" unless it'll change) to > CMB Co-Director and then > CMB Director, you was not there but when you came back and where showing activity you where made Supervisor, then co-Director, then when you where the only Co-director you came out with the issue of "founder" , like I said you are founder but wtf was I then? I am Director, I showed respect, you left but you still where recognized as founder, made supervisor then co-director, it was a small mistake your name was not anywhere as "Founder" but everyone knew you was, it was in the previous versions of the thread, but those where of course lost multiple times and as stuff went on it was forgotten, not in malice but honest mistake.
Like I tried to explain to you, you could still rightfully reserve the status as "Founder" but you was co-director too, did you just wait for a weak point in CMB, when 1 co-director / competition is down, some activity of some members have fallen, but who worked so well still...
I was happy to leave quietly because I would rather see CMB continue the best it could, that's why I submitted the resignation to you by PM, I gave you the choice to keep it private or put it in public eye against my wishes (I said I would not like it at all), but you still had the choice, the nerve to call me disrespectful...
You may have asked me to come back, come back, come back but you honestly knew to your self you did not want anyone to oppose / challenge - with respect, I was concerned about treatment towards CMB staff, not about Founder playing higher then Director, but also your stance as "I'm the Founder hi" was just really a joke, the hundreds, maybe almost thousands of those served by CMB did not actively seek to know who the founder is, they did not probably look twice at who the Director is, and probably took there well earned passports and grabbed a nice position for them self, which I wouldn't blame them for, that life is the life, especially in a game.

I told you in pm I resigned from SA-CMB, not IV-MP which I setup, not so I can say "I am founder of IVMP CMB", If I wanted to say that I'd of made it "Argonath RPG Passport Authority" or "Liberty City Passport Authority" , I knew you was active on samp and as the changes are going on there which I don't like I'll stay out, and focus on helping IV-MP which I wanted to do but been lagged behind because I'm waiting for dVD drive in the post etc, and also IV-MP was also very small and not as large as SA-MP had almost become, so I expected that to be a nicer time. I am guessing no one even knew you was looking to actively take part / had IV(MP) so this was a real concern, shared by another good person, why change thread author if I am still Director there...

You'd be better of have asking for it to be changed to "CMB" account which I made for all Directors / Co-Directors and CMB Chief Administrators (who are mainly ex Director) to share in the work - not because I am "lazy" or w.e reason, but because I also wanted people to understand they where still valid in the CMB and trusted, and this would've been the best option.
You questioned me if I trusted you at a point some weeks ago, when I approached you regarding serious stuff a few (totally different, unrelated people ) raised, when you was still maintaining status of Co-Director, I trusted you enough to talk to you first before anything and ask what it was all about, you gave me the reply and I said ok, I did my duty as Director only, and I told you then I had to still ask, regardless.
You and your un-willingness to understand just provoked my resignation, I was about to resign from IV-MP also, but before that I decided to seek help to defuse situation from developers, one of my reasons from resigning from Director in SA was because I didn't want to see it damage or disrupt CMB at all or start a fight with you, but now I got kicked from there so, couldn't resign, I told you a day ago or so that I might as well resign from IV-MP after what you do that is so confusing.
You started off as "ok, calm down" but when I am calm you treat me like a dunce, which totally did confirm that perspective I had on you - regardless if you think it is wrong or right one, if it is I'm so sorry, but if it isn't I stick by every word.
As things went, in the early stage of you coming back I was in position of discussing along with you, Tovenaarke, Miha (in PM) later on - until recently I was being told after it is implemented, and if prior, still have no say, so what was the point to retain directorship?
I did not like the idea of removing all the supervisors to trial but felt forced to it and lots of others, although to be fair I did say I wanted tougher action on supervisors who did not bother to fill out 1 report a week and pm me it, but I was capable of handling it on my own, you did not trust me so why should I have trusted you, although I did for a while until a point, when you returned to Argonath I didn't have a grudge after the first time when I was one week old to the server and you know what happened, I actually was happy you came back and wanted to change but then and again, don't make it out that I totally didn't trust you, your actions here did tick in a state where as passion is high and emotions are evolved a nasty combination and I suddenly felt you had not changed, and hopefully I'm not right about it.

I didn't want to bring it to be public, I may have told a few people I resigned from Director (people who are mature enough to think and consider there own evidences and are not un-reliable) , because I did not want them asking me as I knew they would, and also they are friends, but still I did not want to leave these few people in the darkness, these where people who where still important in CMB, no disrespect to anyone else.

Anyone can do good as Director, FlameMan, Tovenaarke, MihaCRO, anyone but they should still be respected by there staff, no matter what an ex Director said, and that is what I am, I am not your Director anymore, so I don't ask you or never did ask for you to defend me, but If you love me so keep to yourself, I want to leave situation as the issue does not seem to be going any where - unless you will reply to me another thing other then "WTF, why you lie to Xcasio" and a quote proclaiming I am CMB Banned, read the pm's from a few days ago... Made before the e-mail...
