[COMP] SAPD Badges [PRIZE: 550k]

I want to hold a Competition for a full remake of all the SAPD Badges, really looking for some good talent poured into this, these will be used for time and time on end, showing your creativity for a long time. These badges will be officially stickied for SAPD, with the creators credits on it. 

so heres an example of a previously made Sergeant badge:

These badges must be created for 'SAPD' for the following ranks:

• Chief
• Deputy Chief
• Captain
• Lieutenant
• Sergeant
• Senior Officer
• Officer
• Cadet

What it must include:
-Argonath flag (Click to view)
-Rank name
-Your creativity!!
-Every badge should follow similar style
-Backgrounds MUST be invisible (PNG Preferred)

The badges CAN be presented one by one, for opinions, but the final decision of the Winner will be announced once the person has presented all badges in one go!

Hold on a second, I want to propose using this version of the flag instead of the one Leroy provided:



Reason being that it's larger, and more detailed.

Anyone starting any production of these badges?

Please note, this is not my work, I just edited it.
The rank name is looking a little dead, I'l fix that up.

Doesn't look bad, for a fix, work on the background, currently it looks a bit like a stone, rather than a type of metal, also yes, the Rank names should be fixed and placed in the same area as each other and the background color of the badges should be either gold or silvery, overall looking great, really like the tree in the middle, would even be good to use the tree rather than the Argonath flag. The shadow may need some small tweaks, but looking good Sisko, lets see your true work

Maybe periods between the DCOP, so its clear it is Deputy Chief Of Police, and not a mis-spelling of cop

Should be silver metallic background, Where it says 'DCOP' we can convert to 'SAPD', The tree bit should have an attractive color, perhaps a dark blue or red, finishing with very light shadow behind the badge, making it look more 3D. Also remove the little star near the tree.

You can try it out, seems good.


Or you can try re-edit this, change the Argonath flag to the Argonath tree;



Changing the background colour of the badge to dark silver would suit it more, text would also be silver colour, behind the black strip.
