I would have done all the steps in this plan.

-After by beginning as politician I will make an electoral fraud to get to prime minister of the small but beautiful Portugal.
-After that I'll buy nuclear weapons from ex-KGB men.(very important to threat bigger countries)
-Then i will make a Big alliance with ETA to get their help in conquering Spain at exchange for País Basco as they always wanted.
-By then all Spanish people will love me cause i stooped terrorism (and due to well done propaganda) so i will have more recruits and an army 10x bigger.
-Then, if Sarkozy jr. is still in power in France that became a racist nation, I will get an alliance with him to peacefully conquer french talking nations (Canada french region included).
-By then a small rebel group made by anarchy suporters will become a pain in My Impire's ass. I'll just use some spies to kill them.
-After conquering Germany with sarkozys help I'll die of heart attack(cause by spies) and i'll take his place.
-Meanwhile I'll use Canada to conquer the United states.By then USA should be a nation full of terrorism fear so having a neighbor threatening them will be easy to convert them into my followers.
-I will conquer Russian with the help of Tchetchens in exchange for the region they want.
-Having Russia as a platform to invade militarily China the world will sun be mine.
-Japanese will be converted to technology.
-And I'll nuke Africa cause they have no resources I want and Rebels could use their jungles to build a strong organization.
-South America will have some Fidel relative ruling it and I won't bother him.
So apart from that I'LL BE RULING THE WORLD!!!!
