F*cked up screen in SA:MP, when installed ELM 9.1

So, I installed ELM 9.1 and did this tutorial to make it work on GTA SA:MP:

So, like, my screen gets like this everytime I log in to SA:MP:

I dont know what to do! I think the Cleo4 or even the ELM script fucked my SA:MP!

1 - Uninstall it.
2 - Your computer maybe doesn't support recent mods in SA:MP, or it is just lag?

Internet was on when I screenshotted.

I reinstalled SA:MP v0.3C multiple times and still, doesnt work!
Also, I removed the ELM 9.1 and Cleo4, but the problem is still there!
Is there any file im missing?

Try reinstalling your game, that might fix it.

Go into the graphics settins and change the resolution around, it sort of refrehes the screen when you do, could help.

If reinstalling doesn't help, you could try out San Andreas Memory Stream Fix.
