Exspecially the point on Admins, a few of them have no backbone and will let players walk over them like dog shit.
The community needs a major clean-up but I can say right now nothing will change.

The equipment was mainly given so we could respond as fast as possible to situations and clear them as tactical and in the best method we could. We were given permission to this from the chief. It was the chief's decision, not our.

4: The admin team

For the admin team. You know very well what topic I mean. Read it AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN until you get it into your head what the topic is actually about.

You cannot f**king expect to have any proper respect if you are going to sit there like dandyman and change diapers. It won't f**king work. I would NEVER EVER hire an administrator that does not come with some form of Backbone and CONFIDENCE to speak to the community when needed.

Really, have some form of common sense before you spew bullshit on admin team and blackpaint the admin team who are working to protect YOU.

I agree with this personally since I know a few who don't have a stand and attempt to make everyone happy. In the end result, if you are on the administration team, there will be times when you can make NO-ONE happy. But there are also times when you can. I personally experienced both of these in my first two weeks as being a moderator. I, like a few others, am keeping a balance between zero-tolerance and being lean at points.

Though that's not always the case. For example, recently, I have admin-jailed someone for cop-baiting multiple times after warning him/her verbally over admin-pm. He/she took my words as a simple warning and took no attention nor time to actually see what I was meaning and that cop-baiting is NOT allowed. I admin-jailed him/her, and this is where the problem begins:

Jailed Player (PM): Nathan, what the fuck are you doing? I didn't cop bait anyone.

I quickly began to spectate and began to reply him/her using admin-pm:

Nathan_Aldebourne (PM): I warned you verbally not to do it. Why are you doing it?
Jailed Player (PM): I didn't do anything. Why are you abusing me? I WILL REPORT TO GANDALF!
Nathan_Aldebourne (PM): I warned you verbally. Then, I continued to watch over you.
Jailed Player (PM): BUT I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, I JUST PASSED THEM GOING FAST!
Nathan_Aldebourne (PM): Not just once, but multiple times, in hopes of getting the police attention.
Jailed Player (PM): WHAT NO! YOU ABUSE MAN! I KNOW YOU DON'T LIKE ME, SO STOP ABUSING ME, I WILL REPORT!

Thus, I had to kick the player for "threatening an administrator". You see, we work our asses off. If we see you cop-baiting/hunting, you will receive an infraction. Regular users take this as an offense to moderators as they seem them as just the little guys who cannot do anything. If you been here long enough (I name regulars as someone three months or older), you should know the rules by now and you will be punished based upon them. Telling us, moderators, that you will report us for "abusing" you, will have little affect to our performance. I, personally, already pulled a few Tai's during my moderation period. I quickly apologize in either main (or PM) to show that I made a mistake and that the punishment was not valid towards them. Realize this, nobody is perfect. We ALL make mistakes.

Regulars, who break the rules WILL be punished severely. This includes up-to the level of ban and possible a permanent ban. Just because you may have been here for over two-three years, this gives you NO right to break ANY of the rules.

Thus, think about this. We, as moderators and administrators, have a much more busy job then the rest of the server and we have to watch over it to insure no rule-breaking is involved. Thus, if you get punished for breaking a rule, it's because you broke a rule.

There is a reason I have high respect for people such as Aragorn and Gird3r, and that is because they do their best to defend the community from the trolls / moaners / shitters, and to enlighten those who are not. Bravo, Gird3r.

As an Administrator, I have been labeled many things. People have called me scary, evil, harsh, and other such things (yes really), yet the reason I am strict on my punishments is to convey to the community the message that rules must not be taken for granted, and that this shit ends now. One of the reasons I became an Admin on SA:MP is to help cleanse this part of the community of the filth that appeared because of moaners and "ZOMG PRO"s, many of which are from other servers. I personally detest Admins who have no backbone and will allow players to control them, and upon sight will do my best to get them to straighten up, or out of the team. Admins are guardians, not diaper police.

Even those who call me a moaner (I can name such) for posting against negative and unproductive ideas in SA:MP, are themselves trolls, shitters, rogues, and negativists who are better getting the fuck out of here, as they do not contribute anything useful or non-negative at the least to this community. Even some established players have jumped on this filthy bandwagon.
 
For those people who are staying in the community and saying "There is little hope for Argonath", "Argonath will never change", "Why bother making it like old days?", "Server and admins are corrupted", and other such bullshit? Either shut up with the moaning or leave the community. I can easily name several people who do nothing but cause shit here in this community, even though they claim otherwise.

Argonath is our community, but more importantly, it is Sauron's, Gandalf's, and Aragorn's community. Don't fuck up something which they worked so hard to build.

This thread is right, and so is this quote. No offense to Gird3r, I have a huge load of respect for him, but how many times have we seen a thread like this, and it is locked or deleted. The thread recognizes problems which are always blown away either locked/deleted.
