No steal from HQ! Hehe.

An idea to add (think of possible equivalents for clans and non-criminal groups).
Would be cool if you could stock your HQ with resources - such as food from businesses etc... although it's slightly difficult to try and cut the balance.

Here's an idea how it could work, maybe in the end we could make the same for criminal groups?

Just like a gang HQ is granted, the same way bank HQ is granted - to a building that is HQ of a group/clan/whatever.

It's pretty much like gang HQ at first, but
1. Weapons can't be stored (we have gang HQs for that)
Instead it's like a clan bank account, anyone who has access can pay in the monies, and it will be stored in clan's bank account (HQ).
However, the person who owns the property controls the clan's bank account - at first people can only deposit money, (when invited to HQ), but if the boss types another command to make a person co-leader he can withdraw the money too, just like the owner of the HQ.

But here's an even better idea - if someone owns a scripted business and is on the member list of clan's bank account, he has automatically granted rights to withdraw monies - and also, let's say every hour the script checks if his business earned anything, and if it did, the money from the biz is added to clan's bank account.

The storing food part doesn't make much sense for now as Dad already said it will be possible to store food and all in your props in 2.0, I think.

Anyway, I really think non-criminal groups in the server should get some more script support. Currently, in comparison the gang HQ is a fair bit overpowered.
We don't want clans/families to die due to such reasons, after all.

Clan HQs with comparision to gang HQs are non-existent :)
If you want to store guns get a gang/mafia family, eventually something more - specific. Anyone watched movie "The Punisher"? Well, imagine a group like that - made by ppl who are roleplaying ex-cops who want to punish criminals. They'd still get chasen by cops, but would give-up or evade them. I think in such a background you could still ask for a gang HQ.

But what WS is, exactly? a roleplay clan with no described background. If you want to help yourselfs by sending money that's cool, let the clan HQ be, but weapon HQ? Not until you get a proper background, instead of 'those-guys-having-free-guns-from-cop-duties'

Gangs can store weps in their HQs, but clans don't get anything. The idea of a clan bank is good, provided the clan leader can see a transaction log.

I'm just gonna' say how it is. I can't seriously see the necessity of this. First of all, stop talking about clans like theres more than just one. There's only one group that seem to class themselves a 'clan' and that's of course WS. But WS isn't even a 'clan'. Like I said they're just a group of cops. Every 'active' member of WS is a member of ARPD. Legend, Bass, Leo, Marcus, Alex, Player, Verz - should I go on? Your not an 'all-round' roleplay group. Your a cop clan. If you want to be 'all-round', I'd suggest you try to recruit players who have a variety of different roleplay backgrounds. But that'll be difficult for WS wouldn't it? Seeing only cops seem to have any interest in it.

So that's why WS and ARPD come into this, it's pretty damn obvious to me. Anyway the HQ script was thought up by myself and aXXo for one clear reason, to benefit criminal groups. Now that criminal activity is on the up, you blame it on the fact that they have scripted support? We all know cops still have the most scripted support. So no it's not at all 'overpowered' or 'unfair'. If anything is unfair, it's that cops get everything free. But it's meant to be like that because the server isn't meant to be fair to everyone. Cops will always be overpowered for roleplay reasons. So all-in-all, this idea is practically worthless.
