Inko is right, we will always try talk it out, we want players to enjoy their game play, but at the same time if they have problems and it comes out negatively, we'll try talk to them, perhaps something is wrong, that's why they're acting like that and so on.
One big problem I see at times is sometimes players think the admin team is suppose to be like your enemies. We're not, we're here to enforce the rules and help players if they're having troubles, we do this job to make a better place for you, to make sure the game play remains fun and not just boring because of illegal exploits and rule breaking. We're here to help you. It may seem to you we're handing out punishments to easily, but trust us, we do not, we try solve it without major things such as Commands, talking a lot of the times, brings a good result.
