AS teemo is stronger than a 2 shot killing teemo/limiting enemies movement by shrooms? To kill with AS teemo, you just gotta keep running behind your enemy with that little feet, AP teemo instead you just appear and be gone, and you get a/multiple kill(s).

I can take you down in less than 2 seconds 

It goes like this

1) You become invisible.
2) Use exhaust on enemy once you start attacking (if playing 1v1)
3) Attack
4) Attack
5) Ignite (not always)

I just played AS Teemo, without runes or masteries tho, 2 guys left so the game sucked.

EDIT: Almost forgot, what are you going to do if I buy Oracle or however it is called now?

Well killing with summoner spells is not something you should count as kill :P as you dont have them always. And... Sorry but there is no more oracle  , but just in case I used to use bushes anyway. :P You ask to me what I would do if there is oracle problem though you say you use the invisibility. :P

Basically if you don't take flash you'd better have an extremely good reason for not doing so.
It's the best escape in the game, one of the best initiates in the game, and the quickest way to position yourself correctly in a teamfight.

There is no oracle's elixir anymore.

The only feasible way to clear Teemo mushrooms is to walk into them and tank the damage. AP AS Teemo is the best: Liandry's, Nash, Rabadon, Runaan's, etc.

Basically you buy AS on AP Teemo so you can nuke that 3.5k health Shen stacking armour and 0 magic resist. Once you take him out, he can't taunt your AD carry at the start of the last teamfight and win the game.

You are right though your Q + E with fullfilled AP is being better than E + E + E + E and all that time you run behind... Depends on gameplay I guess

Actually its only a fun factor, kill is guaranteed with a shroom + Q + AA , and adc like kills are guaranteed with Q + AA. And no I dont get buttf**ked at all since my timing is good, thanks to my map awareness. :P
