A little bit more and I'll be probably blacklisted from League Of legends :P

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

I did get in there though to take a look. The fact is, that there is nothing inside that site actually speaking about Riot, and Riot hasn't said a single thing about it... If it was valid, it would be on your launcher, like everything else that Riot hosts and does.

Hey guys, is there by any chance anyone with a lvl 30(or closeby) account in EUW, who doesn't care sharing? I have a couple of friends in EUW and I'd like to be abled to play ranked games with them... Having said that, I might aswell change the rank of that account as I'll play duos, and such.
