Describe your case: Officer Marco was in pursuit of several suspects in the IT gang. I was coming from a turn after a full stop. I slowly accelerated into the corner, at which point the officer failed to slow down at the intersect (which is the law) and had no sirens running. Smacked the left front of my car traveling well over the speed limit, sending me into a spiral for about 400ft. I was severely injured. The officer then suspected me for 'ramming' despite his own fault. I had no energy to run and surrendered. I attempted to enter his squad car for transport to a jail facility. The vehicle was locked. He then shot me, I had surrendered using /c sur. I am suing for 30k, totaling up for co-pays on my low-level medical insurance, my vehicle, emotional distress, and several possessions I had with me. I want the officer and VCPD held responsible for this.
When did it happen?: A few minutes before this post.
Have you hired a lawyer yet? If so, who is it?: I will be representing myself.

This was not a last minute surrender, I surrendered right after the suspect.

This is NOT VCPD's fault. Marko is the one responsible for his actions and he's the one who'll pay for those, keep in mind that he'll be dealt properly by the police department.

VCPD has been put out of the case by me. ''Marco321'' is not employed at the department, so there is no way you can link VCPD with this case. Only individual ''Marco321'' is to be sued. You have 24 hours to remove anything that mentions VCPD in the first post.

If you look on the screenshot where it says 'you do not have the keys to this vehicle'
That's where I tried to get in as passenger to be jailed.
If possible I'd like to take this through further trial.
