I'm standing up for Robd here. From the evidence shown, there are no signs of his resisting. Instead, I see him clearly surrendering and then trying to access the policecar to get away from what looks to me like a VCPD officer who is trigger-happy. You can see in the evidence he is dressed as an officer and weilding the standard weaponry of a cop.

This judge has not thought through this cleary. Where is such wanted lists that he mentions? And even if he was wanted, the reason was cleary a mistake.

Letting him kill you and then whining is just hilarious. You should already report him to vcmp@argonath.com thingy already, as he broke game rules, not ARPD rules as he isn't even in ARPD. Shit like this happens everyday, if every court case like this would get accepted we all would be millionaires.
EDIT: But the dumbest thing about this is that you actually died. If someone assasinates you for example, would you make a screen of you dying and sue him?

Alright. The evidence clearly shows that Robd tried to surrender there. However, Marco is not a regular player, but a newb who doesn't know the rules. There is no way this case can procceed, from my point of view. However, I do agree a punishment for breaking the rules should happen.
