Where within SA:MP would it start this time?

Actually as far as I know, oscars will not be continuing in their old format. Unsure of what Aragorn/Gandalf are planning for them but I definitely won't be involved, no way do I wanna be a part of that clusterfuck again.

I like this idea, these will effectively prevent any of unfair or unjust awards given to any players, just because they have enormous influences.

Thinking about the Argonath Media Center, looks like it had been affected by some advertisement bots.

Unsure to what extent, but I just took a look on my Profile Book; it's flooded with pages of all sorts of "interesting" adverts and links. :P

Just for me, from mid 2011 all the way to today.
I hadn't used more of the interactive parts of that site recently, but did not see it build up so much.

Guess it would need a bit of a wipe through.
The forums seem to have been affected similarly.
