Easy, get IMGTool, Use Serach - File name - Right Click - extract the TXD file - extracting location - Get a TXD Editor - Open the File with the TXD Editor - See the Image you want to Modify - Look for Extract the Image to your computer - Open with your Modic Pictures Program - Mod it - Replace the Image in TXD with the TXD Editor.

Mhhm talking about modding , I found a mod that makes all cars clean (only visual NO cheats )and also script to make the Carwash work , maybe we can use it here , i HATE the dirt on the cars ....

My dream is a server were mods are used and all use the same so you can customize the game to suit the server, Trucks with YOUR company logo etc. Maybe the text Argonath City hall on the city hall ets etc I realy like the texture mods for weapons also (ONLY visual no change has been made in the power etc )

But i strongly recommend you to use txd workshop ...
