Get a better connection from your ISP. (not faster, better)
Ping is the time data takes to travel from your PC to your ISP (Internet Provider).
It can also be slightly reduced by shutting down unnecessary applications on your PC.

It means, get a faster internet connection.

Basically, depending on where you live there is a number of Nodes around your area, if your house is closer to one of these,  youll get a better ping.

also in your country there will be a number of Gateways of which is where the ISP's are ussually located, if  you live closer to these gateways youll get a better ping.

also, if you live closer to the argonath server, youll get a better ping.

Basically the thing that will make the biggest difference is the location of the server your connecting to, so (in my circumstance) if the server is in Germany, and you are in Australia, your ping will be somwhere between 350-800, depending on other traffic.

whereas if you lived in germany, you could get a ping of 10-100, which would be the ideal ping to play with


so basically, if you want a better ping, move to germany

I live in the UK, pay 20GBP a month for talktalk internet, speedtest.net says download is 12mb/s, upload is 0.7mb/s, and I consistently get 65-75 ping
