Huge ping issues

My ping in the last few days is really really high, like never before. I always had between 90-130 ping, now I have 250-500 ping.
Why? I don't download anything when i'm playing, I also have an locked Internet connection.
What should I do to make it stop?

Maybe you should close any application that uses your connection if is still same problem close your Firewall (if you have) or delete what you installed these days "i mean delete or close what you installed last time" Close doesn't mean click on X i mean "Task Manager" where you can close "Processors" cuz with X you can close the app but not its processor thnx

Check for any suspicious shit on task manager. After I once installed some free 2 play FPS game, it installed some shitty anti-hack program which literally checked each few seconds if my PC runs any hacks in background, and it used internet to check for updates. My ping was like 300-600 that days.
