A similar situation arose with pakistan a few weeks ago,with people over a large area getting route-blocked(Someone was repeatedly crashing VC:MP).
This was resolved after gandalf removed it,but if it's too serious a case,your first course of action should either be getting lease time set by your ISP,or you could get a static ip and e-mail it to gandalf.

The ban on Pakistan was removed because I got contacted by those who were responsible, whom I for now trust not to repeat attacks. In case of this Israeli however already numerous promises were made and broken every single time. No reason to trust future promises will be better...

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

Its not fair for all the Israeli guys , I like this game and i want play it and i am Israeli... maybe you guys connect me and maybe i can help you with your problem, mabye i can go to his house IRL or call him or do something about it if you give me information about him...
Because Israeli guys its not just one or tow... so its not fair for us , the rest of Israelis. and thank you.

guys my internet is Fine i send 2 pm to Gandalf i dont get pm back... my friend tell me he can play idk what to do so if some one have skype and he can help me this is my brother skype snirTK please talk with him cuz' i dont good in Copmuters so please add him and talk with him..

Now im pretty sure when a player from israel get in game no one will be friend with him, and they will think that he is a hacker, i know who is doing that and he is only 1 or 2 from all israel also he is one of my biggest enemy IRL and IG, just stating my opinion its not fair for all israel just because of one or two hackers trying to destroy the server and they even can't do it, israeli friends will get a bad reputation from other players in different countries.
