Back Ground:

In 1986, a young man by the name of "Peter Buttigieg" made his way up in Vice City to be know as the Drug Lord of Vice City. after Gang Differences and the up bringing of the ARPG he was Forced to move to a new location. It has been said that Peter has been hiding in Australia up until 1991. It is said that he is in San Andreas Alone after being in hiding for 5 years. The ARPD is still on the Hunt for him and is one of their "Most Wanted".
It is said that Petey has a hideout somewhere in red country where his stash of Drugs is keeped.

Why do you want to join the Underclass Heroes: One of my alternative roles on Argonath is a Scienist who can turn hemp (farmed in the Bad Lands) into Marijuana in my secret lab (bwahahaha)... takes a while to farm I usually get help from Jordan_Corleone.  Reasons why want to join include- Good RPers and looks fuN!
