Well, best place to get in touch with any screenshots/additional reports is here: [email protected]

There's generally no need to post such things on the forums. Seeing as this is quite recent, I will come online now to check things. :)

Even if i take screens of them and send them it will be too late cuz no one is gonna check the mail for 2 hours and for this time the hackes will compleatly ruin the server. :trust:
There has to be an admin online wen the hacker is playing to be able to /warn/kick/ban/ him

You forget that if your screenshot clearly shows hacks, the ban can be done remotely.
Which means that the next time they try to login they can not.

Well, a good screen is still the best way to fight cheaters (for regulars).
I know that some cases are really annoying, but cheating itself cannot be prevented all the time.

Use videos. Use Xfire, it shows more proof than screenshots at most times and will definitely catch the attention of the administration.

The issue is that those screenshots are almost always ignored unless it's a regular user :(

That may be the situation for server leadership and above, but we all know that in every single Argo server (not singling anyone out), that for Administrators and below, this isn't always the case. I'm not saying users shouldn't use the email. I'm simply saying that maybe more needs to be done to make users feel like their reports are being taken care of. No one seems to receive an answer back, which is understandable given the number of reports, but most of the time when action is taken, the reporter doesn't see it and they become upset with the system. Maybe a courteous auto-reply system would help a slight bit? In the very least it could say the report was received and will be looked at A.S.A.P., making the reporter feel like they actually did something useful. :)

/on (SA:MP)?, a little bit of patience? Sometimes admins decide to watch the situation before telling users they are... as it may sway the reporter one way or another.

Most admins on SA-MP tend to just type /ban quicker than ask how/what/when/where happened in rulebreaking.
I am not saying this on a bias.

I'm referring more to mailed-in reports, but yes, admins on every server over the last year or so haven't been doing the greatest job like they had in the past. Things are either ignored, or dealt with too harshly, most of the time.

Why should the reported be informed about the punishment? He can use it as revenge tool if he just doesn't like someone. I myself tho' prefer straight contact to admins over e-mail, since I know the admins and I know the admins job..

About the problem SugarD brought up, every admin makes mistakes, even the best of them. Someone always has a bad day or is busy taking in reports or something...
I've always thought admins are doing good job :)
