Argonath Cribs
Here's one of the more easy things I had in mind for Argonath VC:MP, since all my other events (ARASCAR etc) were very complex to do due to the general lack of organizing a lot of people for them.
Argonath Cribs is based on the MTV show "Cribs" where you show people around your house. Videos, screenshots, whatever. The rules are simple - there are no rules. Show where you live and what you have inside (not literally for most houses) that house. This is meant to increase knowledge of where all of us live so we can visit each other's sexy houses more often. The general format should be:

Crib Name: El Swanko Casa
Price: $350,000 (Argonath Dollars)
Previous Owners: Alarba
Location: Vice Point, ~500 meters across NPM, placed in front of the Ancelotti Headquarters.
Other notes: Both my cars are parked in the parking area. W00t
