Requesting permission to start running legal weapon business

Howdy.
I, Marcell Kuklinsky, request the permission to start running a legal weapon business.
The weapons are legally brought from German weapon factories, and are stored in a hangar near Escobar Airport (called Hangar 18).
We check our customer's gun license, if he has a one, he needs to pay $25,000 in order to gain permission to use the guns stored there. The guns can only be used for sport, such as shooting range in Downtown Ammunation. All the guns are supported by a serial number, so in case they would be used for crime, we provide VCPD the info about person who has bought the gun. Thanks.

VCPD has been given instructions already. If we find out such situation we will arrest the client and inform the club leader of the names, weapons used, etc. I know you do not take responsibility, but if this happens often i'll have to deny this.
