Some main points for official clans to notice :

1. Official clans support the Argonath community
2. Official clan should not have as members those players who are Community banned
3. Official clan has all rights and support to be a part of Argonath games developing including Counter Strike and games that we do not yet support
4. Official clan can be a part of developing of ANY game server under Argonath host

As the leadership of White Shadows as not present (only the division of SA:MP) we expect their answer especially regarding point 1 and 2. If they agree with this policy they will remain as official clan, if the leadership insists on having divisions where community banned members are free to stay they will be removed from official clans.

Excuse me for my absence to this meeting, the 13/14 July night/day is French's national day, that is why I couldn't came personaly to this meeting.


The White Shadows clan support the ArgonathRPG community and wish to take part to ArgonathRPG's projects and to build things together.

The White Shadows clan previously put his members banned from ArgonathRPG community "on hold" until their unban or gave them personal punishment reguarding this one. Considering point 2, the White Shadows Clan agree with ArgonathRPG's terms reguarding official clans and wont keep in his community as member people banned from ArgonathRPG community.

The White Shadows clan does plan to expend and to develop on different games, feel free to check our forum where are announced/listed all divisions and all new divisions we are building. If the ArgonathRPG community's leadership is interested about the developpement on a game/platform that the ArgonathRPG community's is absent feel free to contact a part of the White Shadows clan's leadership to discuss about it.

The White Shadows clan is already developped on sevral game servers under Argonath host such as VC:MP, SA:MP and IV:MP and would expend on other ones that Argonath is hosting or will host with pleasure.

Dear Gandalf, but more importantly, Aragorn,

I'm writing this not on behalf of the White Shadows clan, but as an IV:MP admin and regular on ArgonathRPG. Please don't confuse the two on this occasion.

The White Shadows clan was warned for "shitting on the ArgonathRPG Leadership" (or something along the lines of that). Whether this was done by guests of the forum or members of the clan is unimportant. The discussion whether the warn was valid or invalid is also redundant for this matter.

I was not present during the Officials Clans Meeting, but I have read the logs (at least the first part, which was mostly about the White Shadows clan). Like I mentioned before, the clan was warned for "shitting". However, during the meeting there were several users, and I won't say any names here, that were saying bad things about the clan and it's founder. May it be true, may it be false, a clan that has been warned  - for something equal to the behaviour and attitude of these individuals during the meeting -  should not be flamed upon, while the two leaders of the community were both present.

This was the only note I'd like to make.

As we have read your private comments as well as the reaction from Winters, it is clear that the White Shadows clan is curently divided in to a groupt aht is loyal to Argonath and supports, and a group that considers Argonath a liability to the devlopment of the clan.
This became VERY clear during the meeting where both current and former members made it clear that several people in the leadership of White Shadows have a negative opinion on Argonath and its community.

Following further comments we believe it is best to remove the official status from White Shadows until a time that there will be a clear situation within the clan itself. We are aware that White Shadows has a good number of active members who are loyal to Argonath, however at the same time among the leardership there is a negative attitude that is prevalent, which is causing the clan to embarras the loyal members time and time again.

If the White Shadows clan leadership decides it wishes to remain together they can do so as free clan, to be official we need the support of ALL leaders.

I am sure that this might be seen by the leadership as "involvement" to which my answer is that they are correct. We wish our official clans to be more than friends between each other, we wish them to be friends and supportive of the Argonath communites from top to bottom. Without this support, we can not allow an official status for ANY clan.

After all the leaders determine the course and future of the organization, which is why their opinion is more valuable as those of members.

Of course, but keep in mind that I'm probably not the only one thinking like this. Still, I kind of disagree with the last part, since we listen just as much to the opinion of a leadership member as a regular member's opinion. But anyway Gandalf, I'm not gonna keep you busy anymore. Thanks for your reply.
