/suspect and When player leave the server

/suspect
          When some police officer suspect other, the police chat is spammed with 5 lines of only 1 or 2 usefull lines. It's hard for admins and police officers and when both mix its weird, if you have received some PM for help from another player and is in the 3rd line counting from above, it will dissapear and we will never know what's there because of the useless spam that /suspect creats. Please change it to only one or two lines it will help a lot.


When Player Leaves the server
          When some Player leaves the server the admins are spammed with two lines of text. When the whole server crashes the admin will have the chat full of it and will be useless, perhaps change it to /whyleft. Like one player leaves the server and when come back the admin does the cmd and see why he left, if admin connected after the player left he will be unable to find out, ask others admins.

I support the idea for suspection message. It can be shortened like this:

Central: Suspect(ID) was suspected by PO(ID) for Reason/Code, last seen in suspect's vehicle, Over

Example:
Central: Thug4Life(1) was suspected by Cop4Life(2) for 211, last seen in Cavalcade, Over

Central: Thug4Life(1) was suspected by Cop4Life for 211, last seen in Cavalcade, Over

Just one big problem...

The message would be cut off
