Dear court,

    On the 23th of June, I loaned Mr.Reamis 18,000 (18K) for a car. He promise to pay the amount plus 16,000 back within a week. So that would be the 30th of June, 2011. When I tried to contact him if he already had the money, I couldn't find him. I don't know if he has changed his nickname or he left the whole game. Before I loan him the money, I asked Mr.Madmax to be a witness and a middleman.

The interest of 16K
15K for the waiting

As I see the prosecuted party didn't show up at the Court. It seems as he has fled from the state.
The Court decided to compensate your loss, Mr.Rami, however, the "fifteen thousand dollars" for the waiting are not acknowledged as the Court has nothing to do with your inner-agreement with the prosecuted person.

Case dismissed.
