I have properly done all these steps in the mission 1 steps. This is what i have done: I bought a house in Ganton from Baron. I paid the value +5k, and Davis paid the buyout. Aaron found Baron, asked him to sell the house, and when he accepted to I gave the cash to Davis and he bought it.
