Hmm strange. uninstall GTA and delete the whole folder and when you install, install it in a folder named different. something like "Grand Theft Auto San Andreas 2" and don't install any mods. then download SAMP 0.3c from the official samp website and install it and test it. tell me if worked.

So, I need to uninstall everything and delete all folders, then I should create another folder before I install the game, and when installing, select that new folder and install it there? Correct me if I'm wrong.

No do it like that:

1: Uninstall GTA.
2: Delete all folders related to GTA SA.
3: Install GTA and at the part "Select Folder" (or somethin like that), you make a new folder named DIFFERENT than the one before. example: "Grand Theft Auto San Andreas 2"
4: Download SAMP again, from the official samp website. I believe it's samp.com
5: Try it. But don't install any mods before.

MAN! taked an whole hour to read the whole pages i missed. So about my inactivity:
First off all,my system crashed so all is deleted...When it gets fixed ill ask someone to give me a link to download GTA:SA.
Second: I have school -.- ..You know the learining thing i hate it,but i gotta do it..Also football trainnings and games.

When my PC gets fixed ill try to be IG as much as i can.

Okay bro, I totally understand you. Im also playing football, I have trainings and I MUST study, because it's 8th grade now (9th in UK and some other countries). I just came back from the match, and Im tired as hell, we played with the best team in the league, and we lost 2:1... We're now 3rd in the league.... Btw, that goal, I scored from 40m, free kick :D
